SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We receive orders 24×7, but recipient business hours are from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
All orders will be prepared and dispatched within 2 working days of placing the order with our preferred carriers.
Even though delivery time is stipulated and not in our ultimate control, we expect the customer to receive the ordered product within 4-6 working days of dispatch.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may get delayed by a few days.
If there is going to be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, SMS, or telephone.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

Please allow us 6-8 days to deliver your order. Orders in Metro areas usually reach within 4 days .
